I give them a 5 star because they are so reasonable, honest and very educational. We had a different company for many years and we thought we were getting a deal until we referred them to our new neighbors and they TOTALLY over charged and even told them they needed a new central air unit! The one they have is less than a year old!!! So they called Bowman's and they fixed the problem and even found a different problem and fixed that as well and it was less than our annual contract fee! So we canceled our contract. It was the best decision we made. Bowman's is amazing!!!!!

Over charged $200 for simple cleaning sensor rod which didn't work then ruined blower motor to be replaced for $900 and charged sevice fee again. Do not use them fraud beggers.

He put in new furnace and central air it never worked right every time they came out to fix it never worked right tore it all out 1 year later and had new put back in this time by another company never use these people you will regret it

Called them out for a gas leak at our furnace and they responded immediately and resolved the problem. Very friendly and professional.
