It's a chain. I don't know where it started, nor who owns it. Could be franchised, but I don't know that either. Pretty good pizza for the price.
So this is for questions not reviews. However if you were not happy with this order the best thing that could have been done at the moment would have been to contact Fast 5 and they would have happily replaced the order free. Fast 5 and Uber drivers to not have the same technologies used by larger pizza chains to keep orders hot during deliveries. Uber eats customer service may provide a refund for any delivery fees paid and if you still have the uneaten pizzas Fast 5 should be contacted immediately. They may also take your name and number down for future credit.
