I normally have a great experience at this store. And i have been coming here for years. Today was different. I picked up my item to buy. There was a man on the phone with a customer and a lady stocking shelves. She told me to place my item on the counter and she would be with me in a minute. I watched her continue to stock shelves then retreat to the back room. If she was not a cashier it would not have been a problem. But it is a great way to lose customers. I went to another auto parts store to get my item.

Got everythingng I needed from an extremely helpful staff. The checked out my battery and alternator as well. All good.
