You know I've worked for Baylor two different times and both times I really enjoyed working there I got cancer the first time had to take a year and half off went back and after four months my wife had to have emergency surgery I had to go home they told me not to worry they would be there and hire me back when I got ready to comes back.but now they won't hire me back or give me a reason I didn't ever think they would do me that way but they did.i thought cari cared more than that about her driver's but I guess not so they don't care and they don't have your back so maybe now they can tell me why they won't rehire me

I work for Baylor Trucking and I can say that this is by far the best trucking company I have worked for. Family oriented. They really care about their employees. I honestly love my dispatcher. I go home when I want to. All in all a Great company to work for..as far freight in and out of Chicago, I have been there twice this week. No problem there. Deornell Marshall and I approve this msg.

We do hire driver in Indiana, but we require you to be 23 before driving for us. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Baylor requires you to already have your CDL but will train you after that. You should call one of our recruiters they will best be able to answer this question.
