I had a fever and other symptoms of covid. Went to go do a walkin test because I had work the next day and incase my symptoms cleared, I didn't want to be positive and spread anything to anyone. I know that it can be tricky with walkins sometimes, especially if other people have appointments before you. I signed in for an appointment at the kiosk and waited at least 20 minutes with a fever of almost 102 for the receptionist to tell me they can't take anymore walkins for the day. Tried using the excuse of being understaffed but mind you there was not 1, but two receptionists in the waiting room and a large visible screen to the right of them telling them each appointment name of a person and whether they are a walkin or pre made appointment and the entrance is directly in front of their desks. If you can't take anyone else and know this it would be helpful not to keep people who are Ill waiting by instead making a general announcement as soon as they walk in so they could go elsewhere. A single sentence could have saved so much time for not only me but the TWO other people who also were waiting for their walkin appointment. "Hey guys, by the way we aren't accepting anymore walkins today but feel free to stay if you'd like to reschedule with one of us or else you can reschedule online". They just couldn't look up from their screens. The only reason why this place gets a 3 star from me is because of the professionalism of the staff the previous time I went here.
