Food was unseasoned, burger was undercooked. The most bland meal I’ve ever had.

Very tasty chilli dog and classic burger. I also loved the traditional American diner decor.

Hamburger was good, the French Fries was cold and rubbery. Waited 15 minutes in line for a pickup that I was told that would be ready in 15 minutes. Zero, & I mean Zero eye contact by all parties including the owners while waiting. It would be nice to say “ Sorry for the wait “ “We will be right with you “. This was my 1st visit to this 50 year old establishment. Maybe go back to the basics on what made you successful. Customer Service Basic was a complete joke plus cold food. Arrogance or maybe they don’t care anymore. Sad and disappointing experience

Not at all what we expected. To start off, the waitress handed us menus that were like something she found on the floor left for months ( dirty, wrinkled, and stained) she told us to look on-line for a menu. Ordered 2 drinks, a strawberry shake and a coffee. We'll the shake was made with vanilla ice cream with a ton of strawberry syrup. Terrible. The coffee tasted like it was left over from yesterday. We didn't go any further, paid the bill and was out of there asap. I remember like seven years ago that place would be so busy that there would be a line out the door. Too bad.
