WORSE MANAGER EVER. Food was fine but our soda had no syrup, we asked if they can check it and they just gave us the same soda. we asked again and the manager told us that’s the way it comes so we asked for Dr Pepper and she said it’s going to be the same thing. Then she’s asked us “ so what do you want?” With the worst attitude!! So We just asked for a refund for our drink and she snatched the receipt out of our hand. We told her that as a manager she should be more accommodating and that she was rude. She processed to tell us that she’s not rude and that this is the first complaint she had in seventeen years and laughed in our face. She could not even apologize right. She was trying to close the window in our face as we were talking to her. She’s was so inappropriate and should not be a manager. The worker were more accommodating then she was! She was so mean and rude! Just horrible!! Whataburger should really be checking who they are putting in charge.

Their food and customer service is excellent! However, the managers towards their coworkers is what’s worry some. The Managers treat their workers badly especially this one lady and this man. I don’t know their names but they spend their afternoon screaming.

Extremely clean place with very friendly and helpful staff. Where I live there is no Whataburger so when I come to this area I like to treat myself. I've never been disappointed with the food or the service at any Whataburger, but I think that this one is the best I've been to. I rarely give 5 stars, but I couldn't find anything that could be improved here.
