They lost my package. Then when I called about it a representative named Heizel refused to connect me to a supervisor. I called again, and the next representative never identified himself, put me on mute, and stayed gone for 14 minutes before hanging up in me. All of them were not from the United States, so they language barrier was even more difficult.

I ordered an item for my birthday of 08/14.My item was supposed to be delivered on 08/11.It’s been sitting there for a couple of days with no movement or estimated delivery date.Typically no biggie, except for the fact that i have had this exact continuous issue with FedEx over the years.Why companies still do business through them, ill never know.Id be so lucky to even get my packages delivered at all from FedEx because typically they lose them smh.

Packages seem to get lost in the void here for weeks at a time, and customer service is of no help in finding out what's going on. Use a different mail carrier if you value your items arriving on time or even at all.

Yesterday, a package was supposed to be delivered to my church. All doors at the church clearly state which door to go to for deliveries. The driver did not read the sign and failed to leave the package, although no signature was required. I called yesterday and was promised that the package would be delivered today and the driver would call me when dropping the package, as no one is present at the church on Fridays. I have spent no less than 2 hours of my day waiting at the church for the package. The online tracking still says "we will try again (today) to deliver." However, at 3:15 I called customer service again, only to find out the package is at the Fedex warehouse. So, why??? No signature is required; this was driver error, and then the package was removed from the truck instead of trying to deliver today. I have requested a call from the warehouse TODAY to explain how this works. I'm waiting.....I'm sorry, but their competition could and has done better. Ridiculous. Customer service nice, but clearly the warehouse isn't following instructions clearly marked on the shipment.

No, this is a sortation operations facility only. FedEx provides copier services at FedEx Office locations only. There are several FedEx Office locations around here, the closest 3 are at W Sante Fe St / K-7, S Black Bob Rd / 151st St, and E Santa Fe St/ S Mur-Len Rd.

I am guessing it's because the volume of pkgs going out is much higher than was projected. So the carrier is unable to get all pkgs delivered during his 12 hour shift. Some are going back to the warehouse and going back out again day after day. Weather hasn't helped!
Depends on whether it's home delivery. HD is Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
I think you can pick up until 8PM M-F. You can pick up on Saturday but only in the morning. Don't quote me on this!
We don't deliver past 9 pm.
