Phone service is horrible. They will not let you speak to a agent only the computer voice who is not helpful at all, she will hang up on you instead of putting you through to a human being.

Pls u should contact the USCIS office or better still go to the website to retrieve a new forms for the green card and fill out then post it to them
They usually put some type of stamp on your passport as a re entry permit. Just apply for that before you travel. I did the same thing and had no problem entering back into the US.
I received 'Request for initial evidence' letter dated February 2, 2021. I am supposed to respond within 87 days. Do I qualify for extension of 60 days ( due to Covid) beyond those 87 days?

You have to wait still. If you already sent your paperwork it is in process. You can always contact the USCIS for additional information but as long as you have all your paperwork submitted you should be ok. Still contact a lawyer for additional counseling if needed

You get it from USCIS.gov, then put on the search applications , I think it's I130 for fiancee or spouse or family member. Print it out and fill it out and send it to the address in the application.

No when she goes in she will be taken by herself. If you both filed married then they will take her, then you them bring her back in. If you didnt file that way then only she goes back in

USCIS do not have a designated parking area for the Cincinnati Field Office.
There are several public parking lot within walking distance from the office.
My Green card expire next month. What do i have to do to renew it or what are the requirements needed and the cost of renewal.
