Should have gone here first! My husband and I recently decided to spend this spring/summer cycling and purchased bicycles at a chain fitness department store. His had shifting issues and pieces bent, even though it was brand new, and mine was not a good fit. We came into Village Cyclery for troubleshooting of our new bikes and came out with new bikes that fit our exact needs and budget. Mike was very attentive to our style as beginners (albeit serious beginners). We felt respected and understood, when we were expecting to be shamed for our original department store bikes.
