Doug really helped me out and showed me a variety of plants for my gardens. I liked the information boards for each plant as well. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. 25% shrubs and trees right now 10/25/22.

I have been buying plants from here for years. Both outdoor and indoor. My husband and I dropped in recently and purchased a new house plant after a loss. We purchased a Ginseng house plant (bonsai). I meticulously care for all my houseplants and every house plant I have purchased from here is well cared for. The plant began drying out and losing leaves about a week after purchase. I continually cared for it for another week , hoping it would revive. I googled root rot and figured I had a bad plant. I visited the store today to exchange for a new plant. The woman or manger was rude and accusatory. She immediately accused me of not watering the plant. This is a tacky and chintzy way to run a business. I drove 15 minutes to the store in hopes of just getting a new plant. She was so tacky, she said, “I’ll go halfsies with you.” I have never seen such tacky management. I will never be shopping here again. This is not the way a local company treats customers. They are desperate & their short term gains on turning away repeat customers will not bode well for their business.

Knowledgeable staff and first rate plants, trees and shrubs. Pricey but in the long run worth it.

Went to purchase tree with installation. Est around 1500.00. Gary at the Far Hills location was rude, unprofessional and didn’t want to be bothered because he had to go on break. We will never go back there. Guess they (siebenthaler’s) doesn’t need our money or our business. We had been working with the Beavercreek location which has excellent staff. I refuse to give Siebenthaler’s any of my money now.

Thank you Douglas. Shirley we do have both perennial and annual versions of begonias and hibiscus available. Hope to see you soon
Green light, Live Oaks like you see in the South are not Hardy here. We do have plenty of other Oaks available that will live through the winter here. But a live oak doesn't stand a chance this far north. Check in with our Centerville Garden Center if you are looking for an oak they can help you out.
Madeline thanks for checking with us go to siebenthaler.com/contact-us/ and click on the PDF and send it back to the email listed above it or drop it off at any store. Good luck and stay warm
We do carry them at our centerville store. They are in adorable little pots and cost $6.99 each. Thanks for asking! 😊🌺🌵
Siebenthaler's carries two types of sod in our Garden Stores; blue grass and fescue. Give us a call before you visit us (937 434 1326) to make sure we have it in stock. Sometimes we sell out of it but get more in a day or two so I don't want you to make an unsuccessful trup!! Also if we have had lots of rain sometimes they have to qait a day or two to 'cut it'! We look forward to your visit! 😊
Occasionally, but we don't have any right now. Lots of other house plants though.
We recommend switching to a Norway Spruce. A 4' costs $149.99 & a 5' costs $189.99. Plants are coming in now constantly, so give the store a call when you are ready to check one out just to make sure we have them in stock. Thanks for thinking of Siebenthaler's for you gardening needs. 😊
Yes
We are still delivering mulch and will for awhile as long as we don't get a long spell of frozen temperatures. It is sold by cubic yard and hardwood cost $37 per yard plus $99 delivery fee if you live locally. A truck can hold up to 8 cubic yards and there is no minimum amount delivered. If you are needing a mulch delivery just give our stores a call and qe will get you all fixed up!!
We at Siebenthaler's have a really nice selection of houseplants that range in price. We are getting new shipments almost twice a week lately so it is worrh a trip to out Centerville South location. We also have a knowledgeable staff that can help you pick the right plant for your location.....sun, shade, partial sun, etc.

Today we do not.have vinca, but trucks are coming in tomorrow and Thursday and it may arrive. Don't hesitate to call the store @ 937 434 1326 and we can check to see if it came in. 😊.
I found this info on the web: Your Japanese maple may be dying from root rot, or "wet feet." Amend the soil by digging in one part peat and one part sand to one part topsoil until the soil drains well when you pour water on it. Cultivate the soil with a garden spade to keep it loose and aerated.
Carol, angels trumpet is usually available in spring only. It is an annual and will not live through the winter unless brought inside. Check back next May and hand both garden centers should have some available.
Robert, Romaine is in and looks good. happy gardening

They should stop dropping in a week or so. They do make a bit of a mess sometimes, don't they? 😊
