Security were actually pleasant. I was supposed to be a drop/hook but they didn't have an empty so I had to be loaded. Loaders were also pretty cool and only took about 15 minutes to load me. This place is in a busy area but they put up signs to make navigating to the entrance much easier.

Friendly staff. Unloaded quick. Only complaint is they took my key while they were unloading. But there's good news. I had a spare key. :) A+++

I BELIEVE THE RECALL ON PEANUT BUTTER IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THEY ARE STATING...I LIVE IN MINNESOTA AND HAD A PEANUT BUTTER SANDWHICH WITH MY HUSBAND AND WE BOTH GOT VIOLENTLY ILL...I WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR FOOD POISONING...I AM OUTRAGED BECAUSE OF THE POOR QUALITY CONTROL...I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING LEGAL COUNSEL...

According to their answering machine service, the company is not currently open for tours unless you know someone who works in the plant and is willing to help set one up.
No, they used to allow tours but haven't for several years.
We only make the peanut butter in Lexington, not sure about the jam.
No, they have discontinued the whips line, that has been replaced by a squeeze tube line of jif now.
If you're referring to picking up a load it depends on if you are a drop and hook or a live load. It's very possible a drop and hook is ready a day early as for a live load that could depend on quality releases from the Lab. I would call the guard shack at 859-288-2538 and give them your pick up number for details about your load. Hope this helps!
Jif sends the peanut butter that is not up to their standards to farms to be used as animal feed or compost.
Go to jmsmucker.com from there you can select careers. A list of job openings will come up and once you select one you are interested in you can apply.
It would probably be best to talk to the security guard at the plant and ask them about this.
