Most repairs we perform come with a one year warranty. However, on occasion we encounter situations where a roof repair is not recommended, or able to be done in a way that will resolve the leak with certainty. In this case, we would make our best recommendation to the customer, but ultimately leave the decision up to them. If the repair isn’t recommended, but chosen by the customer we would go ahead and do it, with no warranty.
