Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our relative M.Rizzo. She lived a very full and happy life to be 103 years old. She was blessed. You were part of her 103 year journey and that was comforting.

There's need to be more updated bathrooms on the 2nd and 3 floor bathrooms. Family members should be able to come to a nice bathroom thats not outdated or nasty. It makes the aides work twice as hard when none of the residents dont have bathrooms in their rooms this is 2022.. Aides shouldn't have to change commodes in every room just because y'all are to cheap to install bathrooms in the residents rooms. It seems y'all take a very good interest on to assisted living but not long-term.

I would like to take a moment to express my experience at this wonderful place. My Mom came to SMH over 3 years ago and as we all know this was not and easy decision to make. What we as a family experienced , was compassion , dedication and love from all the staff. Even through Covid they had every possible measures taken to ensure safety and love. Mom died peacefully in their care at the age of 103. I would totally recommend this place to anyone’s parents.

When our mother Matilda (Tillie) Rizzo reached 99 years of age, she needed to make one more change in her life. After living in her home for 76 years we moved mom to St. Margaret Hall Retirement Center in February of 2018. What a great decision that was in moving Mom to St. Margaret Hall. Mom strived with the excellent care of the staff at SMH for 3 years and 8 months. Our Mom died this passed November 6th. 2021 at the age of 103. As a family we would like to thank all the nurses & aides that took care of Mom with just loving and excellent care. Also, a big thanks to the Carmelite Sisters at SMH. Sister Catharine, Sister Irene, and the late Sister Clair who always made sure Mom was able to go to daily mass which she so enjoyed? Her Son, Joe Rizzo
