This Discount Tire has been my go-to for new tires and tire replacements. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. During a recent run-in with some metal on the highway, I got a flat and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (a Saturday, nonetheless). The employee helping me notified me that my wheel was actually bent, and they wouldn't be able to mount a new tire. He also notified me that my spare had heat stress on the wall and they couldn't inflate it. They did put the spare back on my car so I was able to go home and change to another set of wheels. Later that week, I was able to order a new spare through Discount Tire, and set up an appointment to get it replaced. Always quick and easy, and they don't try and up sell you on their road hazard certificates (although I do believe they're worth it).
