Dr. Luggen is one of my favorite doctors! He is very skilled, personable and conscientious. I was going through a particularly difficult time in my life. Dr. Luggen took a LOT of extra time to listen to all my feelings and concerns. He responded with empathy that I have seldom seen in any doctor, let alone one as skilled as he is! I highly recommend him - and his staff!
