I’m not often a customer at Tim hortons, but when I am I expect it done right. I ordered the Biebs Brew, which supposedly is a cold brew with French vanilla and cream. They forgot the vanilla, which meant I had nothing to mask the flavor of the coffee. The person at the drive through window was blunt and mean. I’m never coming back.

Coffee was good, forgot to give me my muffin though and then tried to charge me again for said muffin when I reminded them I still needed it.

9:30 am on a Sunday. Drive thru was packed, there was a line out to the door and everyone was being served with a great sense of urgency. I received my meal before I could put my jacket and bag down at a table, and everything was perfect. The workers were calm, collective, and were showing great teamwork through the rush. Two thumbs up

Can you maybe go through training again and teach your employees how to cut a sandwich? Or just not cut them at all.

Tim bit counts seem to be pretty theoretical at this Tims
I believe it's due to seasonal foods. For example, the pumpkin in fall and sugar cookie during christmas
