I'm giving 2 stars for the ease of rental and return and price only! Rented a hand held stihl gas powered blower to help my 82 year old mother clean the massive amounts of leaves in her large yard. This blower was a big disappointment. It did not provide the air output expected of a gas blower. I have an electric blower that does as well or better. Finished the job and decided next day to blow the leaves in my small yard and it wouldn't start. Great! Returned to Art's and told guy at counter the issues. His reply " it's only a year old." Told him I had used gas blower before That I had owned but only response was " You want a final receipt?" No apology, nothing. No smile. Poor customer service. Maybe if you're not a big construction job....well... very disappointed....
