Inquires went unanswered to this gym I wanted to join being it was closer than the other place, but had no alternative UPDATE,,, The number I tried reaching out to had become inactive, I since spoken to the owner , who was really nice & helpful to provide any assistance I need to become a member So he gets a 5 Star, just from the customer service communication alone !!

Music is very quiet because the staff values themselves over their own members. Also, cancel your membership one month in advance because they have a 30 day cancellation policy so they can charge you an extra month - Even on the no contract membership.Hello Alex, we do recall cancelling your membership at the end of the month and your automatic payment still processing for the following month. However, we did refund the charge the following day, and documentation to you showing this. Our music is simply meant for background sound, as many members enjoy talking to each other, and our trainer is required to speak with his clients during their sessions. I’m sorry you had such a negative experience with us, but we wish you all the best. If we can ever help you in any way, we’ll be here and be happy to have you back!

Ever since I started coming here I’ve felt nothing but great vibes from staff and other gym-goers alike. The owner was great with me getting started and showing me around. The personal trainer here is world class and has helped me make great gains physically and with my motivation. Best gym in the area, bar none.

I’ve been a fan of this gym since it opened in our town. I was shocked after the new owner came in the gym got even better! The equipment is properly inspected and maintenance regularly, a clean environment too! Let’s not forget how professional and educated the personal trainers are. I recommend this gym!
