We went to see Thor, and it was only supposed to start at 4:10. We were there a little before 4:00. We went into the movie and we thought it was just trailers since it was only 4:00. We filled up our drinks and what not and We weren’t sure if the other movie was ending because at this point we noticed some characters that were in the movie. Then we decided to take our seats since it was 4:05 at this time and noticed that it was actually the movie and we missed the complete first part of it. The people that came in at 4:10 (when it was supposed to start) missed almost 20 minutes of the movie. For having to pay that amount of movie to see a movie, it should at least start when it’s supposed to start.

Update: I'm updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. My wife and I went back to the theater for a date night and we really enjoyed ourselves. This time we weren't in theater 4 so the screen was not a problem. Sound, video, seating, and environment are great. Unfortunately, their prices for Tuesday were raised 50 cents, but still a remarkable deal. --- Original review below: I've been here twice so far, and I really do like it. The seats are very comfortable and they recline! If you go on Tuesdays, it's only 5 bucks per ticket and concessions are cheap too. Very affordable. However,the reason for 3 stars is due to an issue with the screen in theater #4. Last time I was there, the screen had a noticable flicker in some of the brighter scenes in the movie. I'm assuming this is due to the bulb in the projector slowly dying. It was honestly pretty distracting and took away from the experience. I let one of the staff members know but they didn't seem to really care and sounded apathetic toward my concern. I will give the theater another shot for sure, and I will update my review then. I'm hoping that the flickering with the screen will be solved then.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The prices were fair. The seating was super comfortable but far from clean. I had to get a wipe from my purse to wipe something sticky off my seat. The cup holders on both sides of me were also full of what I assume was candy and popcorn from the person before me…. Although we went to the first show of the day….

This is my absolute favorite movie theater! My family drives 45 minutes to this theater because it's WAY better than the Clarion AMC near us. I love the comfortable leather reclining seats! The staff is super friendly and they always recognize us because we're such regulars. The prices are fair/average. The popcorn and nachos and cheese are delicious! I definitely recommend getting tickets online because then you're guaranteed to get good seats ahead of time since you have to select your seats and depending on the movie, the theater can fill up pretty fast. I highly recommend this theater!
