I do not recommend this auction house. Too many negative experiences with them. In one auction I noticed an item misrepresented in the description and so I called the company and was rudely dismissed by the representative there. In another instance, after the auction ended I went over my summary of purchases but when I received the invoice one of the items I won was not listed. I called and yet again was summarily dismissed by a rep on the phone. Also, I worry about shill bids with this company. Will never bid with Cowan’s again, and since their takeover from Leslie Hindman, will not bid with Hindman either. Beware.

Have some high priced items, barely any inventory. In my opinion, they act like they're Sotheby's. Snooty, without the product or lineage to back it up.
