My husband and I had a great experience at Woody Sander Ford. They gave us a fair trade in amount for our truck, unlike other dealers. We were treated with respect and not pressured to make a purchase. The staff even stayed late after closing time to assist our purchase.

I was very disappointed. My appointment was on a Thursday. I was told to come back early Friday so the service department could install the new condenser for my air conditioner. When I arrived on Friday morning, I was told that the part was not in stock and it will be in by Monday. So I had to make 3 visits to get my vehicle serviced. That is not acceptable or very professional. On top of that, there is a ticking sound when I engage the cooling or heating system. The service advisor told me it was not a big deal and did not effect the operation of the heating/cooling systems. The repair cost me $1,194.52. He said I would just have to live with the initial ticking sound or they could go in to fix it for more money. I did not like that. I said that was not an option. He said I would have to live with it or pay for them to go into the dash to fix it, which would be very costly Now I just have to live that initial tick every time I use my air or heat. I hate that...

The service at Woody Sander Ford is exceptional. I have never had any problems with them. They have a good team of technicians.

My experience with this dealership was awful. The only positive was Andre my salesman. Anything management promised was misleading. I bought a $55k suv which needed factory repairs under warranty. I went in two months later, as I was never called back and parts were never ordered. The service department was very rude and did not care about the mishandling at all. The service area was a joke, garbage in buckets laying around, junk laying around, nobody would help me, 2nd rate service. I would like to go over my experience there but its to involved and a long process. I will never shop there again and do no not trust Angie, shes very sneaky and dishonest. They have lost any business from all of my family.

Not sure just go up there and talk to the salesmen and I found out that when I went in face to face I was able to get a better deal. They knocked off a good amount from the price.
