Hello! How much is the appointment for a new patient and after that how much is the medication monthly?

Hi Parris- Thanks for your question. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the day after (Friday). We will be open in both Elmhurst and Chicago on Saturday 11/24 from 8:00am-2:00pm. Have a wonderful holiday!

The 'shots' r vitamin B12 which r given w/ ur monthly visit to receive the actual weight loss med. However, u can go in weekly n get the vitamin B12 shots of you like - can't remember the price for them but I think under $25. Hope that helps!

Yes- the ACL Lab at 3000 N Halsted is open on Saturdays from 7-3. You will need to come to our office first to get your requisition form.
