Big o was able to match my tire and had it in stock. It's not a small request actually. They had it the cheapest of anyone around. They made time to do it right then. They have a warranty that they actually honor. So far I've purchased a lot of tire warranties in my life and oddly enough not one of them I qualified for. It's amazing how that works out. But at Big o they'll honor it and keep their word. On a side note the people are friendly the waiting area is comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.

This place is a joke!! My tires kept getting flat so I brought my truck to them. The technician insisted I get new tires " apparently tires are only good for 6 years". Never heard of this anyways the guy was very rude. I will never bring any of my vehicles back here I'll bring my money to someone else.

We have changed this policy. As a courtesy you can call ahead and make sure we have the ability to do major repairs before you come, but it is not necessary.Yes. We have nitrogen. It's a one time charge of $29.99 and is good for the life of the tire.
We do not stock wheel covers, however we have a large amount of sources we can get them from. Prices vary. Your best bet is to call and ask one of the salesmen.
