Beware, if I wanted doordash to deliver my pizza I would’ve ordered through doordash. I knew as soon as the tracker popped up with “Doordash” as the deliverer that I was in store for a lukewarm pizza, yay. On top of the hour plus time it took to receive my pizza i couldn’t even enjoy it because it was no longer hot or fresh.

Worst papa Johns pizza ever in this forney area. I always have to go to Rockwall and get my pizza but this time I didn’t want drive so far so I thought let’s give this people a chance again and that was a mistake I will drive myself back to Rockwall just to get my dammed pizza correctly. I even called ahead of time to let them know I wanted my pizza with extra cheese so I pay 25 dollars for 2 pizzas with extra cheese but what I got was a really thin pizza with no extra cheese at all big disappointment and I don’t even know how the the owner don’t even cared for the bad reviews.

I order my pizza at 5:15. Online pick said 15-24 mins. I got to the restaurant at 5:50. Pizza was not ready. While waiting on pizza I seen a worker come in from outside. He coughed in his hand and started grabbing the pizza boxes getting it ready for pizza. Need to mention he didn't wash his hands. Didn't have on gloves. None of the staff had a mask on. I politely ask for a refund went home to cook. Can't imangine what they do when you are not watching them.

Ordered a couple of pies from here that were supposed to take an hour to deliver. Cool. An hour and a half later I get a notification that they are on the way. Still cool, things get busy. 20 minutes after that I get a notification that they are delivered. Not here..... Call the store and they are asking if I want a refund?? Save your time.
