I didn't have an appointment, but the ladies at Professional Medical were able to get me in to have my Walker taken care. They told me it would be a small wait, and i told them that was fine. This place is the real deal. For all your medical equipment. No need to look any further, From the office staff and the owner, they went above and beyond going out of their way to get me taken care. If you need medical equipment i highly recommend Professional Medical.

The past year the staff has acted uniformed and brand new not to mention lazy. I was a client for almost 8 years and now they want you to do their job and make all the calls to the doctor, insurance, etc. They no longer do anything other than give you the run around and make excuses with me having a file with them. Ridiculous and a headache. Don't waste your time.

I called these people today to get a new set of batteries for my 13 year old power chair . These batteries are expensive about $350 for two. Well I was told sorry can't help you because you didn't get the power chair thru us. Ironically, I can't get the batteries from the original provider Metroplex Medical Equipment because they are out of business. The young lady said the manager said this is their store policy. What a stupid policy, why not just say we don't want your money . If someone refuses service like this they should not be in business, in fact, I suspect this store policy is against the law.

Looked on their website that came up when i goggled them for their hours, it said 8-5. When I got here the hours posted on the door says 8:30 to 5. Then when I get my supplies they want my copay. Fine but when they file with the insurance and the insurance only pays so much they send you a bill for more money. Back in February I go in for my supplies they tell me I have a credit. OK. They when I go back in for new supplies in August they tell me I owe over $60 and they hand me a paper with amounts due for over a year ago. When asked for an explanation of this I was given the billing phone number. When called they had no answers. What customer service
