I can't find a way to contact them everytime I try to long in information is wrong. If I want to call I have to pay? I already paid $222. They have my passport and my visa application. I have anon refundable ticket the consult won't help so than what. I have been scammed by companies siyingtgey would give me a visa come on you can't be so busy you can't have phone calls, it's a big scam to me. Ridiculous there messages suck come on now... I am very frustrated with it all disappointed as well.

VFS global has a awful service, they lost my passport and they don’t even care to look for it. Staff are super rude, Nobody should use their services

I am still struggling with this company. This week alone I have paid over $2,000 to process visa request for my kids and my husband. Every time I submit the application for postal courier service on the VFS website in order to send in my application, VFS takes my money but says no appointment has been fulfilled. Now I am fighting with my credit card company in order to get my money back as well . All I want is for me and my family to visit India and it seems like an impossible task.
