As far as I know you can't come in missing shoes or shirt. Some are casual some are dressed up.

Yes - BUT -- Do you know that Google Maps questions area is a place for customers (or potential customers) to get information about places from other CUSTOMERS -- not from the places themselves? Sometime the establishments do troll here, but not often. Best bet to get a real answer is to contact the place directly.
About 20 mns on Friday or Weekend but yes, you may need to call first and ask them if they can write your name down as you come. It's worth a try.
