They tell you to come to the garage and wait for them to come down to take the test. Parking in the garage costs money, but they don't validate parking. So be warned.

Lakeview Pediatrics is great! I love our primary doctor and have had great experiences with all of the doctors I've seen when we've needed to get our daughter in for a sick appointment. They respond to questions really quickly when submitted via MyChart or a phone message, and I've always been able to get my daughter in easily if she needs to be seen. For brand new parents with LOTS of questions about their new baby (read: I was worried all the time)-- you will find that the doctors and nurses here are caring, patient, and really kind. I have to also say that, especially given this is a busy practice and a rather significant strain has been put on the health care system over the last couple of years, I've not had any challenges getting someone on the phone fairly quickly when an issue comes up or I need to get an appointment-- kudos to the front desk, nurses, and doctors!

I waited a while to write this review because of the trauma a visit with Dr. Zhou caused me and my family. As I somewhat expected, Lakeview took steps to remove the review - I am guessing since it highlighted a negative experience with actual care provided and not just a complaint that no one picks up the phone. However, I think when it comes to considering who to select to care for your children, there's negatives that go beyond the receptionists callback rate, so I feel inclined to repost. This is not so much a plea to stay away from Lakeview all together, but more so to be very mindful about which providers you allow to treat your children. Not all doctors are created equal, and Lakeview is an excellent example. I took my children to Lakeview for 7 years and unfortunately, because of mostly positive experience, had my guard down when I was placed with Dr. Zhou for the first time for a sick visit. Keep in mind that with a large practice, you are actually limited in how often you see your chosen PCP - for sick visits you kind of get who you get. Looking back on the visit, there were clear signs that she did not seem confident and/or capable and I should have advocated for myself and asked for a more experienced doctor to step in and review. If you do end up at Lakeview, or at an equally large practice, make sure you know and are comfortable with ALL the doctors on staff. If it’s the first time you are seeing one of them – be more diligent, ask more questions, and if you feel it’s necessary, insist on another doc at the practice to validate plans of care.

They never answer the phone! No matter what time of working hrs it is. How do you get an appointment for a sick baby or a newborn follow up! Really disappointed!!

Yes, there is a parking garage on the first floor. It is not free, I believe the first hour is $4.
