They sold me BMW in 2019. with lemon buyback title.I wasn’t aware of that law back then cause I just moved to US.Taking advantage of people is bad.

This was by far my best and easiest car buying experience. Dan (manager) sent Anthony out to our house (about 20 miles from the dealership) for a test drive within 2 hours of my submitting an online inquiry. Anthony was very knowledgeable yet laid back and not at all pushy. He answered all of our questions and then subsequently was extremely responsive and detail-oriented in the brief "negotiation" process; I felt like he was advocating for us and pushing to do everything in his power to make the sale and get us the deal we wanted. They were also very willing to write into the purchase agreement an option to return the car for a full refund after we got it inspected by our 3rd party mechanic. Post-inspection, there were a couple of minor issues mainly related to recommended preventative maintenance, and the dealership agreed to reduce our purchase price by 50% of the cost of those preventative repairs (which was not exactly expected as a matter of practice for a car with 77k miles). I've had some mixed experiences with the salespeople and service department at the downtown Clark Street location, but I 100% recommend purchasing a car from this Downer's location, which in my experience operates by different (higher) standards. Ask to work with Anthony and you won't be disappointed.
