Horrible! Horrible! My first contact I was met at the door and rudely told they could not help me . I was only looking for bobbins. As soon as I said my machine name, Juki, the man literally pointed to the door at my back. I called weeks later to see if they could help me get a Grace quilting frame part and was literally told to call Grace why bother with them. Horrible. Stay away!
