This company is 100% trash. My mom lived here for 10 plus years and they had no sympathy for her and her health when it started to decline. They don’t care about their tenants and the apartments are very low level for the high amount of rent they charge and pay and the price goes up every year more than your cost of living would amount to. They own a lot of properties in the western suburbs. Do your research and avoid purchasing from them.

I like living in the building that I am in. When I call maintenance I never have to wait long. It's hard to get good outstanding and trustworthy people that you don't know to help you. I am looking for 3 bedroom home or apartment. R &D realty care
