I wanted to have the baked cod for dinner and I was disappointed that they didn't have any. All I was offered was meatloaf and chicken that I didn't want to have. So I just walked out

It was terrible. They had no chicken, no chicken potpies and no ribs. They only had dry turkey and meatloaf. We had to wait for the sides to be made. They had no straws and no change. Customers who were there said this was not the first time that has happened. It is a constant occurrence. The food quality was terrible. This is an example of very poor management. This Boston Market should be closed down. Someone in corporate needs to take a look at this store. It's giving Boston Market a bad reputation.

Again!.... It used to taste so great but the flavor is gone really down...! Chicken noodles soup use to be delicious but it's now mainly water and salt...! The service from the ladies there was mediocre at best, asking them for a family meal was such a difficult question to answer for them, the attitude was negative!! No skill as per how to treat a customer!! Bad service and tasteless food!!
