I just moved to Polk County 2 weeks ago and needed 3 guitar stands to setup my guitar room. I googled Guitar Center and found one was about 24 minutes from my home so I drove there. I walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone and no one asked if I wanted assistance. After a short while I found 4 or 5 guitar stands on display on shelves but not a single one had pricing displayed on the shelf. I asked a young girl who was at the register if this was a new store and they just opened up because nothing had prices displayed on the shelving and she told me no and laughed. Never asked if she could assist me. I left Guitar Center and headed home when I noticed the Carlton Music sign on a building I was passing so I pulled into their lot and went in. I was immediately greeted by an employee who asked if I wanted assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me over to the guitar stands. We talked briefly and showed me a stand that was priced really well. I bought 3 of them. He even asked if I wanted assistance getting them to the car. I was impressed with the family owned store, the attention and service I got there, the selection of product that exceeded the big box store's products and the prices which were less than what I expected. They had a good selection of guitars and amps and I saw they had drums there as well. but I didn't spend a lot of time there as I had someone waiting in my car for me. This was a good find and Im glad I stumbled upon them by chance. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

I have been there about 10 times in the last year. They are always friendly curtious and extremely helpful. I bought a new guitar amp and two weeks later wanted a bigger one. It was painless the transaction to return the one amp and purchase a new one. My favorite music store!

I love this family owned business. They make you feel like your a part of the family and go above and beyond expectations. Thank you all for the Ibanez.
