They replaced my air filter with out showing me the old filter which was changed by them 7 months ago. Then they wanted to rotate my tires. I noticed the tech raising up the vehicle. I asked him, what are you doing? They stated that the fleet company approved it which is a lie. They are brand new tires. They were put in three weeks ago. If you have a fleet vehicle, watch out.

Was just in today and thought the Service was prompt, techs working on my car were knowledgeable and made recommendations that were on par with service I felt the car needed given it’s mileage. I live in Kenosha and work in Illinois so it’s easier to stop here than deal with the Nissan Dealer I bought the car from. I plan on returning. Car is due for Trans Service soon and it’ll likely be done here.
