You can only bring your kid to this office if they are NOT sick so when they are sick they can never get you in and you have to bring your child to immediate care. Because in round lake you can be either sick or not sick so all slots are always taken

Just awful experience! My daughter dislocated her elbow and we were send off because they were "in full capacity" and they didn't give any information where is the nearest immediate care. All three sitting in the front desk said: 'how should we know?" Horrible! Go to Advocate Condell Immediate Care Gurnee. They are right around the corner there. They helped us with everything and the nurses were super nice and understanding. They gave my daughter warmed blanket and got her into Condell's ER waiting line so when we got there she was immediately taken in without any wait in the waiting room!
