The person working the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me even after making full on eye contact with me and then he went to the back when I tried asking for help he cut me off so I just left.

Do you tow car to put battery in? If so, what's the price? I live across the street in Waukegan, IL and also senior citizen.

You could tow for a battery. But would be easier to have somebody do it for you
