Broker lied about pickup & delivery times. These are the type of Brokers that give the business a bad name. Avoid at all cost. Plus they have a bad credit rating & factoring companies won't touch them.

The Illinois State Trooper showed up and asked what the situation was. Denise was still a little shaken from the experience, and was a little intimidated by the Trooper who stands tall, with a hat, and places his hands on his hips. I mean after all, they've been riding around in there vehicles monitoring spending and erratic drivers in order to keep you all safe.

Why do you take Temp controlled loads, without any intent to actually transport the load at the agreed temp range?

The truck driver is required to transport according to the manifest. Per weigh station check points.
