Car wash was effective. Vacuums worked well. The floor mat cleaning machine did a great job of cleaning. It would have been a 5-star experience if they provided towels to wipe down cars at the end.

Paid for a $28 car wash on Thursday. My receipt said I had a rewash code. Tried looking on website for how long the rain check date was valid. It was no where on my receipt or website. Went on Sunday and manager said I pulled my receipt to soon so it did not print a rewash code. He said it was 24 hours and I responded where does it say that. He responded that it was on the part that wasn’t attached to my receipt since I pulled it too soon when I got my original wash. I asked him if he could by pass the code and let me get my car wash using the rain check since I pulled my receipt to soon. He said no that he had no way to do that. So I had to back out of the line. Horrible experience and will not be back. Obviously an employee should always be at the entrance of car wash helping customers since it is so easy to pull a ticket too soon and not get the full receipt for a rain check code. Manger could obviously care less about customer experience. Sad

My car wasn't washed at suppose to like always was a lots of Spots on car body , all 4 tires and rims was completely come out not washed. Also the vacuum was broken and I asked the employee let him note it.

I like using this car wash as it's easy to use, it's fast and it washes my vehicle well. There's plenty of bays to pull into for drying/detailing & vacuuming that I like to do myself. There's no rain checks like some private car wash places but that's ok with types of washes ranging from only $5.00 - $25.00. They do have monthly packages for those who desire more frequent visits.
