After first going to a chain repair place on Rt. 17 and being quoted almost $500 to replace the front and back glass on a Samsung, I went to The Fix. The first thing I was asked is if the other place checked to see if it was just the protector or the screen itself (I was having someone else’s phone repaired and was told it was the screen). He removed the protector and the actual screen itself was fine. Had I just given in at the other place, I surely would have been scammed. I am super grateful for the honesty displayed today, and will return to have the back glass fixed.

I should read the review from Denial before I replace my iPhone 8 screen here. It’s exactly what happened to my phone. Replaced screen here, within 2 week, the screen cracked all over it. No dropping at all. The owner very rude, he denied he used very cheap material that installed on my phone and tried to charge me more to make it right. The mall should NOT keep him here to SCAM more people.

Incredible service! I’ve used them to repair cracked screens multiple times over the years and they have always done a great job for a reasonable price. Today, I brought in an IPhone for what I thought was a cracked screen. The owner/tech took one look and said it was just a cracked screen protector, which was very honest of him and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for all of your screen repairs!

Beware. Screen got 4 cracks in it less than a day after being replaced - phone wasn't dropped. I looked it up and read that if the screen is improperly installed or low quality materials are used then the screen can crack without any impacts to it. I contacted them and they refused to correct it. Please choose vendors you can trust.
