The few times I’ve been here they’re always helpful, and if they didn’t have what I need they ordered it for me promptly.

This store never has any items I’m looking for when I need to purchase them. I’ve needed a basic canon or Nikon prime lens…nope don’t have it but they’ll push an overpriced Tamaron zoom lens with a scratch on the optics. I’ve needed film developer….nope don’t have it. I’ve needed 120 film and was told on the phone they had it but I get there and there’s only one roll that’s overpriced. I keep giving them a chance over the years because it’s in the area but I’ve been more satisfied going to Don at Central Camera in downtown Chicago and taking a hit of $7.00 in parking just to do business with folks that welcome me in, have what I need at a reasonable price and teach you new things. The items at Lagrange photo are always priced higher than Central even though Central Camera is also a brick & mortar store that has to pay higher property taxes, etc to stay in business in downtown Chicago. SMH

Helpful staff. Purchased a Canon R7. Would rather buy from there than from Best Buy or Bezos. And, it did not cost me more to shop local.
