Sad to leave this review because we truly loved our apartment, but the experience living here and the management is the worst we have ever experienced. As stated, apartment homes are spacious, updated and very nice. The management of this building and general upkeep is simply intolerable. Throughout the course of our 3 years as residents, there were over 15 false fire alarms, all happening in the middle of the night. Up through the month that we moved out, alarms sounded every summer for 3 years. It is clear there was a much larger system issue, however the fire marshals and inspectors would continue to come out to the building and say the system was working. On and off, the alarms would sound a few hours apart from 11pm-3am during the summer months, and then building managers would send an email in the morning saying the problem was resolved. This is just the first of many issues. The elevators were frequently out of services for 2-4 weeks apart and similar to the fire alarms, management would "resolve" the issue and then it would happen again. They didn't manage the front parking spaces so non residents and La Grange residents would park in the front lot 24/7 leaving no spaces for residents. We paid pet rent to have dogs and were told it was for the upkeep of the property, however dog waste bins were typically full with no bags, and common areas always reeked of pet urine. Management was disengaged to say the least. They were impossible to get a hold of over the phone, and addressed all concerns with a disinterested attitude that displayed no sense of urgency or true concern for the needs of the residents. The building took a huge turn for the worst when JVM management took over, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful, functioning and enjoyable space to live!

AMENITIES are why you live here, from the indoor parking garage to the recycling/trash that gets picked up from your door to the pool, billiards, gym, wet bar, yoga room, poker tables, outdoor bocce, 5th-floor terrace, outdoor grills, fireplace by the pool and on the 5th floor terrace, app-based package pickups, app-based rent payment, app-based amenity reservations, app-based recycling/garbage pickup, app-based communication, app-based community building, app-based maintenance requests & tracking, and responsive regional management by JVM Properties which has properties in numerous states. The entire property is absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing. Very prompt with any requests, very friendly atmosphere. The management team is more than happy to go above and beyond for their tenants. This place is an absolute dream to live in, I never want to leave!
