Wonderful staff offering great products. Until I purchased glasses here, I never had anyone comment on my glasses. After purchasing a pair here, I get compliments all the time. I had a problem with the glasses and sent them an email at 5:30 am asking for an emergency appointment. Someone responded at 6:30 asking me to come in when they opened. That's responsive service.

I have used several of the chain glasses places and have always been disappointed. Basic customer service mistakes. Tried Eyeopeners and had great service. Always call for an appointment so they give you dedicated attention. Turn around time for new lenses is acceptable. Ask for their free warranty on scratched lenses.

After visiting 3 other optical studios Eye Openers is clearly a cut above the rest. The selection is huge and the products offered are actually made by frame manufacturers from around the world, not the typical run of the mill licensed eyewear made by the lowest bidder. The staff from receptionist to opticians are fantastic, very prompt in returning phone calls and inquiries about pending order status. Kudos to Trish and Jenny, your both very passionate about your trade and is reflected in the service you provide. I’ll admit I’m not the easiest customer as I am very particular and thank the whole Eye Openers team for their patience and professionalism. I will be referring family and friends to Eye Openers for all their eyewear needs. I myself will not shop anywhere else. Bar none, if you want the very best in eyewear and customer service look no further, Eye Openers is where it’s at!

I went to Eye Openers today for the first time. I had been purchasing glasses at another store, but during my last visit at that other location, the employee assisting me told me all of the glasses I chose were bad choices for my face, including the pair I walked in with which I had purchased there a year earlier. He also made no suggestions. The comparison is day and night. At Eye Openers, Kyle assisted me, and was amazing. I picked some pairs myself, and he chose at least 50 for me to try on as well. In the end, all three pairs I purchased were his recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brands and what frames would look good on me. The level of customer service provided has been unmatched in all of my glasses purchasing experiences. I don't know how I missed out on Eye Openers this whole time. I look forward to purchasing my glasses here in the future. Bravo on an expensive offering of glasses and top notch customer service.

We have a very large selection of frames that fit most budgets, including cat eyes. We can certainly make new lenses for a patient's own frame as long as it is in good condition. This includes frames purchased elsewhere. Appointments are not required, but are definitely suggested. We pride ourselves on our customer service, but we are a very busy office. Scheduling an appointment guarantees that someone will be available to assist you, even if you would like to browse on your own.

Our big annual sale typically starts on August 1st. We call it the Garage Sale and it lasts approximately 3 weeks. We do, however, discount our frames 30% year-round and we are currently running a multiple pair special with an emphasis on sunglasses.
