Very poor customer service. I called 2 weeks ago to get our safe opened after it got jammed. John did return my call promptly but said it would be a long time before they could come out. Since I needed it done sooner he said he’d see what he could do or give me the name of someone else. I never heard back after 2 texts. When I finally called again I reached the owner who again said he’d talk to John and get back to me. Never happened. Today I pulled a name off Google and this man is coming tomorrow. I understand being short staffed but don’t lead a customer on. I don’t recommend their service.

Had what I thought was a simple key cutting for duplicating key from a thermostat lockbox. After going to 5 places including the major big box hardware stores, all unable to cut key I was referred to Advanced where I was greeted right away in a friendly manner and they, too, were challenged by the unusual key. They felt determined not to frustrate me further and milled a key so I now have 3 keys. They also priced me so reasonably and with a smile and a handshake. Not many places you see counter service done so right! Chris K
