Dr Rothstein recently did eyelid surgery for my upper eyelids. I am very pleased with the entire process including all of the staff from the check in process, to billing, to check out! But mostly I'm extremely pleased with the professional care I received from Dr Rothstein. She explained everything throughout the process. And now I can see so much better and my eyelids are even!!! My cateract surgery was performed by Dr. Hwang at the Ambulatory Surgical Center in Geneva, with follow up care at the Canandaigua Office. Both eyes were done about 2 weeks apart. Dr. Hwang and the entire team, take-in, scheduling and actual surgery, did a wonderful job. The staff was prompt and caring; explanations were detailed.
