You HAVE an issue, call here first to see if they Will help or refer you to some help. They has settled a tenant issue for me and Hopefully Help again with a Employment issue. Good staff and lawyers that are extremely Helpful.. I owe them for sure..

Hi Bobbie, LawNY will not be open on Monday 21st in observance of Martin Luther King day. We'll be back on Tuesday 22nd.

If I hold the rent because of a huge hole in my bedroom floor that hasn't been fixed in over 3 months, can the Landlord charge me a late fee and a penalty charge? He's charging $60 total($30 late fee and $30 penalty fee)
