Dropped dress shirts/pants off on Friday after 4pm lady was nice and polite was told they would be ready Monday after 4pm. Picked up clothes Monday at 4:05pm, nice lady was polite and quick.Clothes came out well. Very satisfied all around.

First time using careful cleaners, I brought my comforter in to be dry cleaned, got it home and made my bed only to see the God awful mess of a comforter they gave back to me. They folded it up so I couldn’t see the dried up yuck that was left behind, (that WILL come off) I guess they were just to lazy to do their job right!!! Also, the comforter was no cleaner than when I brought it in to have it cleaned , still had 2 small red marks on it, white residue all over both sides from the dry cleaning chemical, someone’s long hairs all over it 😡 I was so disappointed, this was not a cheap comforter, but a $300 one , I expected it to be CLEAN!!!!!!! I will NEVER go back !!!!!

Writing on behalf of my mother. She took a dress there for alterations which were not done to her specifications, and she brought the dress back immediately for correction. They've now had my mother's dress for three months, and every time we call, we get the runaround. She just got off the phone with them again, and the lady that answered the phone laughed at her. I'm absolutely disgusted with this business, and we will no longer patronize this cleaners. I suggest you find a more professional, courteous place to take your business as well.

I had forgotten about a shirt that I had turned in and it took them 5 months to call me and let me know it was still there. When I did pick it up they informed me that they were going to donate it the next day. I guess my ONE shirt was taking up too much room in their empty shop. I asked why would you only call me once and then donate it. They told me they call me other times before but that was a lie! I use to bring all my dry cleaning here, which wasn't much, but my wife brings all her dry cleaning here...not anymore! I posted a pick of the shirt that must had been taking up so much room! BEWARE!
