I felt in all the hotel was gorgeous but overpriced since it's location was suppressed in a location limited parking and turn around to the highway left you with one way direction. In house kitchen was more like frozen dinners microwaved on demand. Owner lives in the property so a bar with no one standing to serve isn't really a ready for business in my professional eyes. A waste of money for a location that could improve greatly. The desk clerks are very charming to say the least. My money will be elsewhere.

Booked through hotels.com and accidentally chose the wrong date when I booked. After quickly realizing this I promptly called the office but was told they couldn’t do anything for me. I asked all I needed was to modify the date which hotels.com site wouldn’t let me do. They said to call them since their a 3rd party. Called hotels.com and they told me they cannot do anything about modifying the date but would cancel and explain to the hotel office to resolve. They waited days and just now decline the request. Nice little scam you and hotels.com have going here. This is not how you do business and I will never stay at your hotels or recommend they stay at your hotel ever. Update: again, I wasn’t trying to cancel the reservation and only wanted to update the date to which both your hotel and 3rd party denied me that. Both asked to cancel so both are at fault with not letting me update. Not very good for customer satisfaction if y’all both keep pointing the fingers at each other. Not sure why I couldn’t reply to your response below but again I will never book with your hotel again. Scammers for sure.

We stayed a total of 3 nights here and we had an amazing experience here. Hotel is clean, our room was huge, staff is very accommodating and nice. Especially Annabelle in the front desk she's such a sweetheart and helped us out with extra towels and anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Laredo.
