I usually dont post reviews, but this is the best shop in town and amazing customer service. I got my ooze battery at a perfect prize and awesome color and the owner threw in some freebies, that's awesome, that's why I come here since 2013, they appreciate a customer. Safe, friendly and one stop shop.

One of the best stores in the city. Most employees are very knowledgeable on any questions on their products. However, I have noticed cops going in to purchase fake urine in multiple occasions, making it unnerving to make a purchase. The security guard is also very rude, best to avoid him.

They have horrible return and exchange policy (Their policy is that there isn’t a return policy, how convenient). They also try to sell you things you don’t need. One of the ladies there sold me a charger for a pen that already had a built in charger. You know what’s worse? The charger she sold me didn’t even fit the pen. And I can’t return it. How lovely. If I could rate this establishment zero, even negative “stars,” I would.
