Worst bank ever, I am sorry. My husband made one mistake and used the wrong card to make a payment. He used an account that was a dud account used to process our mortgage.... I am with With Wells Fargo and once I accidentally produced 3 overdraft fees and they helped remove those. Even with COVID IBC charged us with 4 overdraft fees.. They said that since this is our error we could not be helped with all of it. They could only help with two charges. So much for helping the client in tough times. All they care about is money making and if they customer makes a mistake... then trust me you will pay. Also the customer service on the phone line was pretty rude.... she seemed to carry a passive aggressive tone.

By far the slowest bank in the world. It's like watching paint dry. Customer service is horrible and nobody gives a flying about you. You can literally see the staff in the back laughing and chit chatting while there's a mega line in the front. Way to go IBC!! Keep it up!!
